Job Description
- Independent handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and issues via email
- Taking on additional tasks that support the operational business in our call centers
- Close collaboration with internal teams to optimize processes and workflows
- Supporting the quality team to ensure quality standards
- Assisting in documenting workflows in German and English
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, ideally in a call center environment
- Initial experience with Google Workspace, Jira, and Zendesk is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation
- Quick comprehension, proactivity, and a strong sense of initiative
- Hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- High resilience and strong team spirit
