We are launching a new menswear private label brand, built from the ground up with a strong focus on identity, market relevance, and long-term growth. As part of this exciting phase, we are building a new, dedicated team to shape and develop the brand from the very beginning. From concept to launch, we are defining every aspect of the collection and placing a strong emphasis on branding and a clear, consistent product vision.

As a Fashion Designer Menswear (m/f/d), you will play a key role in shaping the creative direction of the brand and developing commercially successful collections that reflect a strong and distinctive identity.

Responsibilities

• Translate global fashion trends and brand vision into cohesive, commercially relevant menswear collections
• Take ownership of the design process from initial concept to final product, ensuring alignment with brand strategy
• Develop seasonal concepts, color palettes, fabrics, and silhouettes in close collaboration with buying and product development
• Create design briefings and works closely with the team throughout fittings and prototype development to ensure fit and quality standards
• Follow up on products from sketch to production, ensuring consistency with the original design vision
• Contribute to building a strong and consistent brand identity across all collections

Requirements

• Degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a modern, commercially driven fashion or high-street brand
• Strong understanding of menswear design and trends, textiles, fits, and product development processes
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Fluent in English; German and additional languages are a plus
