The position is a fixed-term role to cover parental leave.

• Orchestrate the implementation of the performance marketing strategy & goals in alignment with the team lead marketing
• Planning, implementation, optimization and reporting of online campaigns across several tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Planning, implementation, optimization and reporting of our Newsletter campaigns in alignment with the marketing team
• Defining and creating materials for digital campaigns and promotions in alignment with the graphic designers
• Implementing A/B testing and researching on new ways of maximizing conversions and impact of our campaigns
• Organizational tasks such as budget and time planning, marketing calendar update, invoice control and KPI achievement

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing 
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, KPIs and conversion optimization
• Proven experience in implementing campaigns for specific channels: Google Ads & Meta Ads (SEA & Paid Social)
• Knowledge of META and Google business & Analytics tools, as well as CRM interfaces
• Communication skills and a strong hands-on mentality
• Quick perception, high motivation as well as analytical thinking
• Very good knowledge of MS Office

Nice To Have

• Experience with email marketing within the e-commerce
• Knowledge of specific tools (Smartly, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
