Job Description
As a Lead Product Marketing (m/f/d), you will take full ownership of the product marketing strategy as an individual contributor. In this role, you will operate independently, shaping priorities, messaging, and go-to-market strategies from day one. You translate technical platform capabilities into tangible business value for enterprise customers and play a key role in defining and building the Product Marketing function from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Develop go-to-market strategy for enterprise and B2B audiences
- Craft clear, compelling messaging, positioning, and product narrative that differentiates products and features by understanding customer needs, product roadmap, market trends, and competitive forces
- Produce sales enablement materials, case studies, playbooks, and pitch decks to drive adoption
- Launch and optimize market programs by aligning Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support, defining target segments, key messaging, and distribution plans
- Build business cases for marketing initiatives, define KPIs, set targets, and collaborate with Finance and Data teams to track metrics like LTV and CAC and report impact weekly, quarterly, and annually
- Support annual marketing planning, track progress against objectives and generate ideas to close gaps and scale growth
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer data to optimize GTM strategies
Qualifications
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years in product marketing, marketing, or product roles, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of enterprise customers and complex sales cycles
- Proven experience developing messaging, positioning, and enablement materials
- Ability to translate technical features into business outcomes
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with hands-on mentality in fast-moving, high-growth environments
