As Head / Principal P&O Strategy – Org Development (m/f/d), you will play a high-impact role in shaping and executing our people and organizational strategy. You will translate complex HR and organizational initiatives into tangible, effective solutions across the company and work closely with leadership, business, and HR teams to drive sustainable change and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Company Initiatives: Overall responsible for all HR aspects of company-wide business development initiatives, leading the value creation for all P&O aspects of the teaming up with Zalando
  • Talent, Learning & Leadership Development: Design, implementation, and management of all Learning and Development initiatives, incl. Learning & Development strategy, training offerings, advancement of learning technology (LMS), introduction of internal top talent programme
  • Performance Management: Continuous improvements of Performance Management frameworks, incl. implementation and enablement of all stakeholders
  • Culture Activation: Leading culture, health management, diversity & inclusion initiatives, such as rollout of updated company values, Health Week
  • Career Framework: Continuous review of Career Framework improvement potential, incl. job families, harmonization of career levels, skill catalogue

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading company-wide people and organisational initiatives, such as organisational design, performance management frameworks, talent and leadership development programmes, or cultural initiatives — ideally in complex, fast-paced organisations
  • Academic degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable field
  • Consulting or project management background, with a proven track record of structuring, driving, and landing complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strategic judgement combined with hands-on execution strength, able to translate ambiguous business challenges into pragmatic, scalable people solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership, including setting direction, prioritising work, developing team members, and ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence, challenge, and align senior leaders
