With SCAYLE, we offer our in-house developed eCommerce infrastructure as a licensed product for online retailers who want to grow quickly and innovatively. SCAYLE was launched as the first API solution for online retailers who want to scale their stores with ABOUT YOU’s proven infrastructure.

As a working student, you will support our Business Consulting team with internal and external projects. The focus here is on the further development of our specially developed video learning platform. This will be made available to our customers/partners to promote the transfer of knowledge about our commerce engine as well as overarching strategic topics. You will also support us in preparing customer appointments and workshops.

What you will do:

• Support for internal projects, such as our learning platform for internal & external stakeholders 
• Smaller video editing tasks in order to finalize the content for the learning platform 
• CRM activities (i.e. writing a monthly newsletter, conceptualizing new newsletter formats, etc.) 
• Support for client workshops (i.e. preparing workshop documents, conducting market research, etc.) 
• Benchmarking/ market research for client projects 

Who you are:

• Studies in the area of Business/ Economics, Marketing, IT or a related field
• Good skills of Powerpoint/Google Presentations and Excel/Google Spreadsheets
• Very good English skills (written/ spoken) 
• Good communication skills and high motivation to learn more about our product (Commerce Engine) 

Nice to have: 

• First experience in a SaaS company or a company operating in eCommerce
• Experience with CRM tools (i.e. Hubspot) and basic video cutting tools
