SCAYLE is the B2B division of ABOUT YOU Holding SE and comprises a three-part service portfolio: Commerce Technology, Online Marketing and Commerce Operations. The SCAYLE Commerce Engine provides brand manufacturers and retailers with the components to scale their digital D2C business. Its customers include approximately 100 online stores in 26 European countries, including leading brands such as Marc O'Polo, Depot, The Founded and Tom Tailor. SCAYLE employs 400 people at its Hamburg location. 

As a (Senior) Strategy Manager you are responsible for operational such as strategic projects while working closely with internal teams like marketing and sales but also coordinating with About You's Holding teams e.g. strategy and finance. You either be based in Hamburg or in Berlin. 

Responsibilities 

• Acting as an all-rounder, driving both operational and strategic projects with a wide range of topics internally, ensuring alignment with company objectives and long-term vision  
• Responsibility for the entire lifecycle of projects, from initial planning and coordination to execution and seamless implementation, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget
• Fostering strong working relationships with internal SCAYLE teams such as sales, marketing, and customer success, as well as coordinating with About You's holding teams (e.g. Strategy/BD, Finance and HR) to ensure streamlined processes and fast execution 
• Spearheading pivotal initiatives like Go-to-Market (GTM) execution and marketing strategies, ensuring they are carried out effectively and establish us as key player on the new market 
• Supporting the internal scaling of SCAYLE, ensuring the organization is optimally structured and ready to embark on its next phase of growth and expansion

Requirements 

• Above average university degree at a top university
• Several years of practical experience in strategy & business development, in a leading consultancy or  in a start-up environment
• Good know how of accounting and finance 
• Strong motivation to drive business activities forward and the ability to work independently 
• Quick perception and structured working methods
