The Tracking team is part of the Marketing Technology team, which enables the online marketing of ABOUT YOU to manage over 30 marketing channels across multiple countries by automating the underlying processes and management of external marketing tools. We constantly monitor the correct setup by maintaining automated checks as well as real-time monitoring solutions.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled (Senior) Digital Analyst / Tracking Analyst (m/f/d)  to join our Tracking team.

Challenges the Tracking Team will be working on in the next 12 months:

• Conception, implementation and refactoring of the whole  tracking setup
• Convert the client-side to a server-side setup
• Keeping the quality of the data up through Quality Assurance
• Building automated tests for our implementations

What you will do

• Primary contact person for our Google Analytics 360 setup
• Maintain our Google Tag Manager
• Build custom dashboards based on Google BigQuery e.g. with Google Data Studio
• Driving force behind Web Analytics Projects in close collaboration with the online marketing 
• Touchpoints with departments OM, MI, BI, BAS 
• Agile Working Environment (Sprints)

Who you are

• Very good knowledge of Tracking, especially Google Analytics and the Google Tag Manager
• have practical skills in Javascript and SQL
• analytical mindset and a strong passion for a data-driven approach to solving problems
• have an awareness for quality and process-orientation
• be able to think in a problem solving and creative manner
•  possess entrepreneurial thinking and acting
•  have very good written and spoken English skills
•  show own-initiative and responsibility / offer Ad-Hoc solutions
