We are currently looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d) for our BI/CRM Unit. Our Business Intelligence & Customer Relationship Management Team is providing personalized & intelligent recommendations, product sorting and mailing- and push notifications to our customers based on their historical consuming behaviour. We work with over 15 million real-time API calls per hour and a very large amount of data to provide the best shopping experience for our customers!

What you will do

• Manage and prioritize bug reports or bug tickets from stakeholders, always keeping their business value in mind
• Advocate for product quality within a cross-functional development team
• Design testing plans & coordinate testing to ensure the delivery of quality features
• Reproduce and provide insights into bugs, using monitoring & logging tools
• Performing manual tests and providing final approval prior to release in an agile workflow

Who you are 

• You have 3 years of experience in quality assurance, functional testing of APIs or backend applications
• You enjoy working with complex technical systems and backend processes
• You’re proficient in working with APIs and databases, leveraging tech like Postman or SQL for effective testing
• You focus on the details but always keep the business value of software in mind
• You are experienced with agile methodologies and understand what it means to have a quality mindset in an agile environment
• You possess very good communication skills and the ability to handle different stakeholders
• You speak and write English fluently
