Working closely with our Business Development team as well as all operational teams, the International Markets team is involved in the entire development process – from identifying new markets to the scaling of existing markets. As a Country Manager Netherlands  (m/f/d) you will have an essential impact on our future development and pull the strings for our market growth.

Responsibilities

• Operational monitoring and quality assurance of our Dutch online shop(s)

• Evaluation of KPIs of our online shop(s)

• Strong collaboration with different teams such as logistics, customer service, online marketing and shop development

• Performance of a variety of analyses related to the Dutch market

• Acceleration of growth along all dimensions: E.g. assortment, pricing or user experience across devices

• Involvement in various company projects, e.g. acquiring new local partners/brands or implementing new payment processes

• Preparation, implementation and monitoring of new strategic and operational initiatives in our Dutch online shop

Requirements

• Very good university degree in business management or comparable degree

• Experience in e-commerce (or similar), ideally in a business development role

• Profound knowledge of the Dutch culture and retail landscape

• Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel)

• Native speaker competence in  Dutch (oral & written)

• Fluency in English (oral & written), basic German skills

• Distinct understanding of numbers and analytical way of working

• Strong communicational skills

• Entrepreneurial spirit and sense of responsibility
