As Team Lead - Tech Recruiting (m/f/d) you will be responsible for our Tech Recruiting Team, the efficient recruiting process of Tech positions and the operational filling of high-level Tech positions, thus supporting the scaling of our Tech organization, the heart of ABOUT YOU.

What you can expect

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Tech Recruiting Team (approx. 5-10 employees)
• Management and optimization of the entire recruiting process for our tech units
• International 360° recruiting for specialist and management positions in the tech area and ensuring an optimal candidate experience
• Opening up new recruiting channels and optimizing our recruiting strategy, e.g. with regard to a good candidate experience or suitable selection processes
• Coordinating of and negotiating with external service providers
• Creation and maintenance of reporting, as well as derivation and implementation of optimization measures
• Further development of our Tech employer brand, e.g. via trade fair planning and development of cooperations

What you bring with

• At least 5 years of professional experience in HR and / or recruiting, preferably in an international tech environment
• Strong understanding of different tech requirement profiles
• Handling and communication of various internal as well as external stakeholders incl. close collaboration directly with the management team
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of relevant recruiting KPIs as well as their interpretation
• Enthusiasm, assertiveness and hands-on mentality
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus but not a must
