Our Tech Department is the heart of ABOUT YOU, driven by the passion to develop the best infrastructure & applications. As our Product Manager, you will independently manage one or more of our circles and projects together with a Lead Developer. You will lead your team, be mainly responsible for its output and act as a role model regarding motivation, drive and focus.

What you will do

• Manage independently at least one circle or project and mainly take responsibility for your team’s output
• Take hands-on responsibility by supporting your Product Lead and Tech Lead in regards to project management tasks
• Management of and communication with all relevant stakeholders
• Act as a role model for your team, keep spirits high and bring drive into your project topic
• Identify problems and find efficient and pragmatic solutions for blockers
• Bring in your own ideas and creations by having a lot of freedom in your job
• Work in an international environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes

Who you are

• Deep understanding of technology and eCommerce, business processes and functional dependencies
• At least 2 years of experience in IT product management or IT project management
• You have excellent communication skills and can easily put yourself in someone else’s perspective
• You are analytical, data-driven and focus on efficiency and solutions
• You have a proactive attitude, want to take responsibility for your decisions and go the extra mile when needed
• You are always prepared, well-organized and on time
• Enthusiasm for information technology
• You are comfortable working in an international working environment
