We are currently looking for an Intern Quality Assurance to support our Business Intelligence team for 3-6 months.

Our Business Intelligence Team generates analysis and reports based on big amounts of data for our internal stakeholders. The goal is to support important business decisions by analyzing critical and relevant KPI’s, process them visually and thereby solve complex business problems. The Team handles many terabytes of data and acts as a central data storage for making our Online Shop even more personalized and tailored to our customers' needs.

• Challenges the team will be working on in the next 12 months:
• Develop new scores and metrics to measure the customer’s interest in specific content in our Online Shop
• Optimize the personalization of content and test various versions against each other
• Create exploratory tools and complex visualizations

What you will do

• Manage and prioritize bug reports or bug tickets from stakeholders, always keeping their business value in mind
• Reproduce and provide insights into bugs, using monitoring & logging tools
• Performing manual tests and providing final approval prior to release
• Implementation of automated tests on business critical API’s and processes
• Coordinate testing efforts to ensure the delivery of quality features
• Advocate for product quality within a cross-functional development team
• Lots of space for your own ideas and creations, flat hierarchies and very short decision making process
• With growing experience, take over responsibilities for own projects to optimize our products
• Work in an agile and international environment 

Who you are

• You have first experience in manual testing as well as in automated testing
• You are able to get a quick grasp of complex processes
• You focus on the details but always keep the business value of software in mind
• You possess very good communications skills and the ability to handle different stakeholders
• You speak and write English fluently

Nice to have

• You have experience in SQL
