The IT Business Development Team mainly supports the Development Teams at ABOUT YOU Tech in structuring and optimizing their projects and processes. To achieve this they closely work together with the top management as well as the Tech & Product Leads of the company. The Team’s responsibilities vary a lot from managing projects with other tech teams, implementing cross-team processes, implementing best practices, and helping other leads to find the perfect team processes.

The team also supports newly formed teams, onboarding new employees and new leads. As well as promoting our innovative MOVE organizational model is part of the team's responsibilities. Then you are the right support for our IT Business Development Team, for which we are looking for a Process Manager (m/f/d). We follow a fast, flexible, iterative approach where you can support the teams in developing their MVPs (Minimal Viable Products) as quickly as possible.

What you will do 

• Establish and improve IT processes as well as develop processes at one of the fastest growing startups in Europe

• Get extensive insights into diverse project topics and processes  and state-of-the-art technologies while working with varied teams

• Ensure continuous improvement within the teams e.g. moderating regularly retrospectives to improve the status quo and team change management

• Work in an international and agile environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes

• Lead optimization projects as well as large projects with a duration of 2 to 6 months

• Identify and solve bottlenecks and obstacles within IT processes

• Support the roll-out of our agile organization model "MOVE"

• Become a JIRA administrator who can be able to help and implement fast processes also for non-Tech Teams
   

Who you are

• At least 1 year of professional experience in project management or process management in the field of software development (for example in the eCommerce industry or in a consultancy)

• You show initiative, solution orientation, and creativity when working on tasks and processes

• Organizing is your strong suit, you always work in a very structured way 

• An analytical and conscious way of thinking and approaching things

• Very good handling of MS Office (especially Excel)

• Fluent English (at least C2 level), written and spoken
   

Nice to have:

• Practical experience with agile/lean processes and methods, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (for example as Agile Coach / Scrum Master) is an advantage

• Consulting background

• Practical experience with JIRA & Confluence 

• German language skills
