Job Description
The Finance Manager role is responsible for driving value as a Business Partner through effective business decisions to all stakeholders, and to ensure the company’s Financial Security (Performance, Cash Flow position, and Cost effectiveness) is entrenched.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Budgets and Latest Estimates are prepared, set and aligned to Business Plans
- Support Profitable Revenue Management
- Manage and Control Expenditure
- Working Capital Management and Cash Conversion Cycle
- Plan, coordinate and manage the company's financial planning process
- Coordinate and prepare company monthly financial results both locally and to the Zone
- Implement and manage financial controls, policies and procedures
- Provide financial Information and support to management
- Utilize Information Systems and ensure that existing information systems are fully utilized and add value to the business
- Control the company's fixed assets
- Generate and submit monthly and annual financial reports
- Prepare the company's balance sheet for financial planning purposes.
- Manage fiscal and tax obligations to ensure that local legislation is adhered to
- Ensure that fiscal audit process is managed according to requirements
- Facilitate effective team dynamics
- Implement performance management
- Communicate Effectively in the workplace
- Develop Employees through identification of needs and diagnosis according to best practice and operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting/Finance- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA
- Relevant business experience in an FMCG
- Language skills: Proficiency in English.
