Job Description
- Coordinating information for creating unique Programs for individual Projects using Primavera & Excel.
- Prepares or reviews complex cost reports, cost allocation plans, and cost baselines.
- Prepares Weekly Progress reports comparing Actual Progress vs. Planned Progress.
- Able to handle all aspects of Actual cost.
- Has acknowledged depreciation and make or buy analysis.
- Make a revised budget with an analytical detailed cost Breakdown For all Items (Arch+ Civil + MEP).
- Conducts rate analysis to determine appropriate reimbursement levels and sets rates accordingly.
- Consults with and advise department management and accounting personnel on a wide variety of intergovernmental and fee-reimbursable cost accounting matters.
- Advises the internal financial units with the proper cost accounting procedures and practices.-
- Evaluates work process, organizational systems, policies, procedures, and computer technology in order to establish cost-accounting data
- Analyzes system design alternatives for the development of new cost accounting systems and improvements to existing systems.
- Monitors revenues and expenditures to determine whether reported levels meet anticipated levels. Performance reporting including earned value management & analysis.
- Develop information systems that organize the project planning, cost control, and Project Control activities into a cohesive, integrated project control team approach.
- Resource Loading in Primavera for individual Projects
- Approve All PO and Sub Contractors Contracts for prices and Quantities.
- Prepare monthly Cost Report with Losses Report
- Preparing all owner invoices and subcontractor’s invoices with the actual status
- Tracking Resource allocation among different sites.
- Review Arch & Civil & MEP Items Quantity’s Survey.
- Review Production Rates for Labors and enhance them.
- Ability to control and handle many projects at the same time
Qualifications
- 5: 7 years of years experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/ Architecture / Civil Engineering
