ABCabinet is a new and upcoming manufacturer of kitchen cabinets in San Jose, California with the goal of creating innovative and modern European-styled designs. We are looking for motivated, passionate, and hardworking individuals to join our team and grow our company. This is an entry-level business development position. No experience is necessary - we will train the right individual. Candidates must be able to commute to our office in San Jose.
Job Description
- Help grow market presence and penetrate new verticals
- Prospect for new potential clients and business partners
- Generate and use lead funnels for outreach, to pitch new and existing modes of business, qualify potential clients and create positive relationships
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and optimize new client pitches
- Collaborate with the Sales team to supply qualified prospects for negotiations and closing
- Maintain relationships to assist in the onboarding of new clients and business partners.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience or educational background in marketing or sales preferred
- A person of action who is self motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to build rapport
- Resilient, adaptable and comfortable with change and ambiguity
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Local travel required (driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle required)
