As part of the A & A Sales team, you'll represent the A & A brand, values & promise.

Reporting to the COO, the Sales Account Executive will build and manage a pipeline and connect with as many leads as possible, educate and qualify the leads they connect with, and book consultative meetings to move the sales process forward.

As a Sales Account Executive, you are a self-starter – you are someone who will acquire new business through your natural talent for building relationships and negotiating abilities as you enjoy providing real solutions for customers.

Job Description

Here’s how you will be successful:

  • Grow revenue and increase our base of customers by attracting new business and potential clients 
  • Effectively create, manage and close a funnel of sales opportunities using internal CRM tools
  • Build relationships with prospects to identify needs, qualify their interests and viability to drive new sales
  • Prepare and deliver personalized professional proposals that clearly communicate A & A’s best-in-class solutions and value proposition to address the customers' business problem
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide prospective clients with a personalized solution for their marketplace needs. 
  • Negotiate contracts, initiate orders and pursue new business with grit, energy, and determination 
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, client services, and operations team members throughout the sales and onboarding process

Qualifications

  • You are likely in a similar role today with 2+ years of B2B sales experience 
  • You are familiar with the customs brokerage and logistics industry
  • You have a strong sensitivity and understanding of client's needs, situations, and expectations
  • You are successful in building business relationships and partnerships based on trust and mutual respect 
  • You are positive and adaptable in an ever-changing environment with shifting priorities
  • You have a valid driver's license and are willing to travel as required
