Our Indianapolis-based client is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Sales Cloud business analyst with at least 4 years of expertise to join their team.   Pardot and Conga experience highly preferred but not required.  The Analyst will be processing fix and enhancement requests for our client’s Salesforce instance.    This position will primarily be focused on project  work in a team environment. 

Our client provides capital/asset financing and leasing solutions for the transportation industry.

Besides the required technical skills, other complimentary and necessary skills include:

·         Ability to work independently and in a team environment

·         Excellent communication and verbal skills

·         Provide input into standards and best practices for the Salesforce instance

·         Ability to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Required:            4+ years as a BA with Salesforce Sales Cloud, ADM201 Certification

Desired:               Pardot (marketing campaigns), Conga (documents, ActionGrid)

Education:           A.S., B.A. or B.S. degree required
