Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing various projects and maintaining a successful client relationship, including for one of our long-term accounts at the agency. A part of the job is also to develop local business of 87seconds in Spain
You are the link between the client and the creative, production and post-production teams.
You will work closely with our existing team in Spain, our post-production departments across Europe and Asia (Paris / Bruxelles / Manilla), and our partners to deliver the best possible productions for our clients. Also, note that we are still a small team and we are looking for people who want to contribute to the growth of our adaptation/localization offer in the long term.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, trafficking and distributing media campaign assets (including TV commercials, social media, and digital campaigns) across the team. You will ensure that these tasks are completed on time and meet our quality standards.
Qualifications
Understanding client needs and briefing, building budget and/or creative propositions
Launching the project with post production teams, managing the project effectively (budget / timelines / quality), maintaining contact with the client ensuring total satisfaction, and following-up the whole process in the realisation of quality productions.
Reporting and administrative tasks: all along the project, you will report key indicators regarding your projects and ensure administrative tracking (revenue, budget and invoicing,...).
Knowledge management: As we are working with long-term clients, you will make sure the projects follow the branding guidelines and the quality expected by the client. You will enrich and contribute to build our knowledge base if necessary.
You will handle projects that are either localizations of TVC & Digital Campaigns (local adaptations of campaigns in Europe), internal communication projects, or 360° Campaigns, all projects including post-production (motion design and editing), some with production shootings.
Do you feel at home managing multiple creative projects and simultaneously onboarding new productions? Are you excited by satisfied clients and beautiful campaigns and videos? Are you at ease with changing processes and WIP structures?
Then check if you meet the following requirements:
You have a passion for corporate communication, digital marketing, and are passionate by video
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing / Communication / Management / Business
Knowledge of both online and offline mediums such like PM tools (like Jira)
Good communication skills externally with clients (being able to communicate professionally and express a good sense of service), and internally (ability to team work with creative teams and “speak their language”)
Fluency in English and French, good knowledge of Spanish is a plus
You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are proactive and independent
Good balance between analytical, practical / problem-solving, and creative skills
A special attention to details and an obsession for organisation
