We are looking for a part-time administrative officer (M/V) who will be able to support our dynamic and energetic team of 87seconds. Your senses for organisation and accuracy are most important!

Job Description

 

  • Accounts Payables: weekly payments of all incoming invoices

  • Accounts Receivables: matching and follow-up of sales invoices

  • Pre-accounting and collaboration with accountant (monthly, quarterly and yearly closing)

  • Expense management & general administrative support

  • Cash management

  • Analytics in excel

  • Payroll communication towards social secretariat

  • Office Management: organisation, supplies, furniture etc

Qualifications

  • Language skills: Dutch, French and English

  • Minimum bachelor degree

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within accounting/administration

  • Experience within accounting packet “Exact” is a plus

  • Good knowledge of excel

  • Administrative strong & punctual

  • Strong communicator

  • Hands on & proactive
