Head of Operations 

Job brief:
We are looking for a Head of Operations to oversee daily activities across functions such as marketing, sales, IT and regulatory compliance. You must be able to handle the fast-paced nature of a Tech start-up and profer strategies to promote the company.

Head of Operations responsibilities includes designing policies, overseeing all aspects of marketing and project management. You should be a responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of the business, especially in the IT industry. If you’re also committed to productivity and compliance, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll ensure our operations run smoothly and that all departments are productive.

Responsibilities:
- Formulate business strategy with the executive team
- Manage all aspects of marketing and project management including strategies and procedures
- Design policies that align with the overall strategy
- Implement efficient processes and standards
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the company
- Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders
- Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar role in a fast-growing company especially in the IT industry
- Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance, sales and IT
- Experience with implementing IT systems
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
- Good with numbers and financial planning
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership ability
- Programming skills are an added advantage
- Minimum requirement: BSc/BA in Business, Computer Science or an IT-related field
