We are in need of an experienced, hands-on Master Carpenters, Lead Carpenters, and Working Foremen. Responsibilities include:

• Managing the day-to- day activities of residential projects or service.
• Working with all trades and having knowledge of all major trades.
• Following and enforcing all safety regulations.
• Developing, monitoring, and enforcing scheduling and change orders.
• Strong residential carpentry skills.
• Reading and interpreting plans and specifications.

Requirements for the position include the following:

• Strong carpentry skills – especially in custom residential settings including renovation and remodeling projects.
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• Ability to direct in house labor force and subcontractors
• Sufficient knowledge of all aspects of residential construction including site work, foundation, mechanical and electrical work
• High degree of self-motivation and desire to work whatever it takes to get the job done (this is not a Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm position). The job will require some overtime and this will include weekends on occasion.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines while keeping customers satisfied.
• Preferably own transportation and valid driver's license.
