Job Description

The role

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, organised and reliable in-house Administrator to join our team. Administrative duties include processing reports and producing accurate drawings using the appropriate software (training provided) will also be part of this role, as such attention to detail and accuracy is vital

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·         Provide a high level of customer care and support to clients, which promotes and reflects the image of the Business.

·         Processing incoming payments from clients.

·         Processing and typing Survey Reports (training provided)

·         Previewing and sending client reports and invoices.   

·         Sending and receiving emails, answering the telephone and directing calls to the relevant department. Dealing with telephone queries

·         Maintaining information on the Company Electronic Database, processing and sending Purchase Orders, credit control letters and suppliers remittances. Scanning Documents and filing etc.

·         Meet and exceed any targets/deadlines that may be set.

·         Posting reports and invoices

·         First point of contact for internal and external clients

Key Skills required for this role –

 

·         Natural team player - Go beyond your role and the extra mile in order to lend support to other departments in the office.

·         Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken. Composing professional emails and excellent telephone mannerisms are imperative

·         A proactive approach to work through a positive attitude, with the ability to work, using your own initiative

·         Honesty and welcoming, as they are integrally important for the continuation of the business philosophy

·         A well organised and Reliable individual
 

Additional Information

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

  • 9AM-5PM working hours (including paid lunch hour)
  • Monday – Friday
