I. ROLE PURPOSE

The SAP Consultant exists to implement, optimize, and support SAP systems for seamless enterprise operations. This role primarily serves finance, supply chain, HR, and operations teams by delivering efficient processes, accurate reporting, and scalable solutions. Through this, it supports Pizza 4P’s mission of Delivering WOW and Sharing Happiness, embodying our values of peace, purpose, and partnership.

II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Requirements Gathering & Solution Consulting

• Consult with departments to identify needs and recommend tailored SAP solutions.

• Gather and analyze business requirements from finance, operations, and supply chain teams.

• Advise on optimal SAP module configurations (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD) for restaurant processes.

• Propose integrations with POS, Accounting, SCM, and external systems.

• Maintain close collaboration with business partners to understand ERP procedures and workflows.

2. Solution Design & Implementation Advisory

• Guide the design, testing, and rollout of SAP enhancements through expert recommendations.

• Design customized workflows, reports, and dashboards based on departmental input.

• Recommend testing strategies, go-live plans, and user training programs.

• Document solutions with clear rationale and impact assessments.

• Work closely with vendors to validate designed systems and ensure solutions resolve business pain points.

• Assist and monitor UAT/training to ensure solutions are fully adopted by business partners.

3. Ongoing Advisory & Optimization Support

• Provide continuous consulting to optimize SAP usage and drive departmental efficiency.

• Offer troubleshooting, upgrade advice, and performance tuning recommendations.

• Mentor cross-functional teams on SAP best practices and adoption.

• Collaborate on strategic roadmaps, reviewing metrics, and suggesting improvements.

1. System Adoption & Functional Alignment

• % of business requirements successfully translated into functional SAP solutions.

• User acceptance rate during UAT for new modules or enhancements.

2. Operational Efficiency

• Reduction in manual processing time through SAP automation.

• Accuracy and timeliness of financial and supply chain reporting generated via SAP.

3. System Stability & Support

• Resolution time for critical SAP-related technical issues.

• % of end-users completing training and achieving proficiency in assigned modules.

Key Influencing Factors for KPI Achievement Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Success depends on the quality of data and process alignment provided by Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.

• Effective partnership with external SAP vendors and consultants is critical for system validation and technical execution.

IV. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education Background

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Language Proficiency

• Required: English – Advanced (spoken & written)

Minimum Experience Duration

• At least 3 years

Relevant Experience

• Required: 3+ years in SAP consulting or implementation, with a proven track record leading SAP B1 module configurations (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD), departmental advisory, and enterprise-wide optimizations or upgrades.

• Preferred: SAP certification in SAP Business One (B1); HANA certification or experience.

Stakeholder Influence & Collaboration

• Required: Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to implement talent and technical strategies.

Industry or Domain Expertise

• Required: Strong consulting skills: requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder advising, and process improvements across departments.

• Preferred: Experience in F&B or service-driven industries.
