Job Description

  • Conduct data research and analysis of trending products on major platforms, conduct regular market research, assist in formulating and completing company's new product development plan
  • Pay close attention to the dynamics of competitors, assist sales in formulating or optimizing new product operation strategies, and jointly complete the performance indicators of new products
  • Analyze product sales data and optimize inventory turnover
  • Development of suppliers / manufacturers in line with company's positioning and maintain healthy cooperative relations
  • Design and execute product R&D processes, create prototypes and writings of functional descriptions and other product planning tasks
  • Conduct product requirements verifications, user verifications, product marketing tasks, and follow-up on post-launch data for iterative optimization
  • Collect and analyze peer product functions and new applications, and plan products with core competitiveness
  • Complete various product-related business tasks according to the company's SOP
  • Communicate with the various teams within the company and engage in all product and project development process

  • 根据公司的品类规划定向挖掘供应商,开发符合公司定位的供应商 并进行后续合作沟通
  • 梳理产品业务流程、原型设计及撰写功能说明等各项产品规划工作
  • 产品的需求验证、用户验证及实施推广工作并跟进产品使用情况进行迭代优化
  • 收集和分析同行产品功能、新应用,规划具备核心竞争力的产品
  • 根据公司SOP完成各项产品相关类业务指标
  • 与公司内部团队沟通并推进产品及项目开发流程

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree or above in business/marketing/etc,  1 year experience in e-commerce product development or procurement (electronic products preferred)
  • Have a keen sense of the market and product wind direction; Strong data analytics skills.
  • Able to independently develop relationships and negotiate with suppliers
  • Ability to work under pressure, strong work adaptability, and learning capability
  • Able to independently complete the product development process
  • Strong adaptability, passion for dreams, cheerful and positive, full of vitality
  • Fun, cheerful, and positive personality with strong communication skills
  • Have a sense of ownership and responsibility 
  • Able to work at non-working hours to communicate effectively with suppliers in various time zones and regions
  • Need to meet business travel needs; Some traveling is required to our Hickville, Long Island Office
  • Proficient in Chinese & English is a must
