Job Description

To ensure all inquiries from current and future customers are resolved with excellence through rapid, respectful, and empathetic customer support.

Core Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound email inquiries from current and future customers

  • Document and resolve customer complaints

  • Answer questions and resolve issues via live chat

  • Surface trends and recommendations to key internal partners (ex. Website & process improvements)

  • Create and improve internal educational resources

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and German is a must

  • BA or equivalent work experience

  • 5 years of previous Customer Support, Service, or Account Management experience required

  • Experience in tech support or medical device support strongly encouraged

  • Experience with Zendesk is highly preffered
