Job Description

Customer Support Advocate, International Development will ensure that all inquiries from current and future non-US customers are resolved with excellence through rapid, respectful, and empathetic customer support. This person will work with key stakeholders to optimize the current process and create training for future in-region hires

Core Responsibilities:
● Respond to inbound inquiries from non-US customers (phone & email)
● Serve as the POC for future in-region hires
● Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize process for respective countries
● Document and resolve customer complaints
● Create and improve educational resources for international customers

Qualifications

  •  BA or equivalent work experience
  •  Fluent in English and French is must! (Spanish and/or German is a plus)
  •  5 years of previous Customer Support experience required
  •  Experience in tech support or medical device support strongly encouraged
  •  Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Asana
  • Ability to work international hours: M-F 4am - 12pm EST

    ● Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
    ● Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, the Google Suite
    ● Excellent oral and written communication skills
    ● You take initiative to solve problems and get the job done
    ● Empathy and the ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes
