We seek a passionate and talented Marketing & Sales Manager to join our world-class team, based out of either our NYC or Guilford, CT office, and help invent the future of Veterinary Ultrasound. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing an innovative go-to-market strategy and bringing it to life through creative and powerful marketing campaigns.
Define, build, and execute a multi-channel, go-to-market and commercialization strategy for new Vet vertical, through creative and innovative marketing channels (ie. Social, Web, Email, Podcasts, Videos, Press, etc.); increase global brand awareness and lead generation
Develop compelling value proposition and messaging in line with company-level messaging for all new features and enhancements that will drive adoption, revenue and consumer engagement
Develop engaging launch programs to promote customer loyalty and retention
Research the industry’s top veterinary trade shows and events and ensure Butterfly Network is registered and in attendance at all the major ones
Support thought leadership strategy and development as it relates to Vet vertical
Work closely with Product Management team to ensure there is a clear understanding of feature scope and value
Lead internal release of all launches/features for customer-facing teams
Work cross-functionally with members of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Clinical and Product teams to create effective launches
- BA or MBA in Marketing, Communications or related field
6-10 years of deep Product Marketing, Downstream Marketing or Field Marketing experience at a consumer technology, internet, medical technology, or digital media agency. In-depth understanding and ability to clearly articulate the technology that drives the companies/verticals you work with
Proven experience marketing to veterinary industry (required)
Experience creating go-to-market strategy from scratch and successfully launching products in B2B and B2C
Strong email/web/social media writing ability
Familiarity with industry regulatory guidelines
Ability to synthesize complicated features in pithy and meaningful ways (work examples helpful)
Experience with omni-channel marketing
