  • Demo Content - End to end technical demo assistance, from building content-rich environments with authentic scenarios and personas; creating demo guides with comprehensive scripts and talk tracks; through video production with desktop and mobile support.

Job Description

Our job is to enable our companies to tell their product story consistently and effectively - and now we are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to tell our story consistently and effectively.  You will help us launch a marketing strategy to bring a select handful of new and existing accounts further along their journey with 3Sharp - from initial awareness of the benefits of technical marketing, to becoming raving fans!

The ideal candidate is excited by the idea of managing our social media accounts and the opportunity to grow our marketing practice.  You don't just want to write form emails; you want to come up with creative ways to market our services and work closely with our account management teams to execute awesome campaigns.  You have learned best practices, and you're now ready to own the execution of your own program.  You can squeeze the most out of a small budget, are comfortable "hacking" where needed, know how to measure success, and are detail-oriented yet creative.

  • Develop and drive social media strategy through our main channels using Hubspot (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram)
  • Interact with others across social media channels on behalf of 3Sharp
  • Coordinate, write and edit posts for our company blog
  • Generate reports and statistics to keep track of the success of marketing campaigns
  • Assist with management of our company website through WordPress

Within the first 3 months, we expect a successful candidate will

  1. Actively manage our content creation pipeline, including developing and documenting a social media strategy
  2. Become familiar with the Technical Marketing Industry and what we do

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in marketing/social media
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Understanding of paid search, email and content marketing strategies and tactics 
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Hubspot)
  • Experience using WordPress to manage a website
