Role Description: 

2 of 3 5+ years experience required. Accountable for the end to end Endur solution. Triage PROD issues escalated from L2s. Investigate and close Incidents. Serve as escalation point for L2 staff. Serve as focal points for “critical” core and data corruption issues. Communicate status of issues at critical issues meetings. Serve as escalation point for operations groups running End-of-Day activities and health checks. Provide knowledge sharing sessions for L2s and L3s after major situations. Review requests for change and determine high level impacts to the solution. Review Design Documents to determine cross functional and CAP implications. Review project deployment plans and provide feedback on potential risks. Review and understand documentation
