ENCINO (LA) CALIFORNIA Affiliate Sales (Affiliate manager)

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the generation of new sales opportunities via new

account development, farming existing lead / contact database. Promotion of specific

affiliate products, attainment of sales goals, qualifying affiliates, web-site owners and

email list management / marketing partners.

Main responsibility as affiliate salesperson is to drive revenue for the company by

securing traffic to company campaigns and  offers, data/list management deals, and cash lead buys.

Qualifying affiliates, web-site owners and email marketers

Prospecting through lead files, LinkedIn, facebook, forums, etc.

Building rapport with traffic sources (phone, IM, email, face to face)

Growing traffic from existing partnerships through monitoring activity, spotting trends,

analyzing data for actionable items

Constant daily contact

Working trade shows

Getting pixels placed and tested

Must have superior phone skills with no hesitancy to “make a call”

Experience, Competencies, and Education:

College Degree preferred

2-3 years experience in a digital marketing sales organization.

o Preferably affiliate marketing / sales and lead generation experience

Outbound sales experience

o Sourcing ability to develop lead database

Ability to work in a goal oriented environment under pressure

Ability to adapt communication style to the targeted audience

Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills a must

Experience working with multiple products, platforms and services

Confident and polished phone prospecting skills required

Skill in the use of Word, Excel, various email and contact platforms, MSFT and Google

doc environment

CRM experience a must
