Job Description

The SiA Programme is delivered via certified Strategy in Action Partners; expert consulting firms who are trained in the delivery of SiA.
The SiA Programme is fully white-labelled and all elements (the platform, sales support, marketing support, delivery support and more) are provided to our partner consulting firms, enabling them to leverage SiA with their clients.
As a Partner Excellence Associate at Strategy in Action, your main responsibility will be to support and empower our existing Strategy in Action Partners - consulting firms of various sizes and scopes that have been trained and certified in SiA to deliver it with their clients.
You will be a key part of the Strategy in Action Partner Excellence Team – a core and fast-growing component of the Strategy in Action organisation.
The role will be essential to maintaining and enhancing the quality and satisfaction of our Strategy in Action Partners in the UK and other markets, as well as helping them to grow their business with SiA.
Your skills will be crucial in ensuring that Strategy in Action Partners have a smooth and successful experience with SiA, from training them in the SiA Process and Platform, to marketing and sales, through to implementation and execution, providing them with regular feedback and guidance, resolving any issues or challenges, and fostering strong and trusting relationships. Your contributions will also be valuable in driving the continuous improvement and innovation of SiA, by sharing best practices, insights and feedback from Strategy in Action Partners and their end users.
Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be assigned a dedicated number of Strategy in Action Partners for whom you will be the dedicated point of contact; our Strategy in Action Partners are consulting firms ranging from boutiques to large organisations with global footprints who have all been trained & certified in SiA to deliver with their clients.
  • As the dedicated point of contact for a specific number of Strategy in Action Partners you will be directly responsible for training our partners, supporting them in marketing, engaging prospective clients and ultimately selling SiA to their clients.
  • Identify leads and prospects within the existing networks of Strategy in Action Partners as well as leads from other sources and help Strategy in Action Partners to sell SiA, supporting them through the sales process from prospect identification to demo, then proposal, through to negotiation and follow-ups.
  • Responsible for co-creating and then delivering on Partner Excellence KPI's (linked to how effectively our partners are trained, activated and ultimately sell Strategy in Action), monitoring and evaluating the performance and satisfaction of Strategy in Action Partners, receiving and providing them with regular feedback and guidance to improve their results and retention.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that Strategy in Action Partners may face during the implementation and execution of SiA, acting as a liaison between them and the wider SiA team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Strategy in Action Partners, fostering a collaborative and trusting environment that enables them to grow and succeed with SiA.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of SiA by sharing best practices, insights and feedback from Strategy in Action Partners and their end users.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in SaaS business development, partner management, account management, or similar roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA or consulting experience preferred
  • Track record in partner relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Native in Italian and fluent in English

Direct Report:

  • Report directly to the Italy country manager
  • Close collaboration with Business Development, Marketing and the Management Team
  • Ultimate report is to the CEO
