Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Junior Business Developer to join the first Strategy Activation SAAS Company. In this position you will play a crucial role a in the development of the Italian market through the delivery of various marketing and business development initiatives.

As a junior Business Developer you will have to:

  • Use HubSpot to ensure reliable information is available to the business and to track progress against sales targets and KPIs
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
  • Contribute to the creation of digital content, email marketing, and more.
  • Have a strong focus on outbound business development.
  • Create persuasive sales presentations, demonstrating how the company addresses specific business challenges
  • Proactively develop and execute targeted prospection/outreach campaigns (calls, emailing…)
  • Play an important role in the entire sales process from prospecting to closing

Qualifications

  • Marketing, Management, or Communication master’s degree
  • Previous experiences in Marketing, Business Development, Sales are considered a plus
  • You are Italian native speaker, and you have a working proficiency in English
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for technology and SAAS products, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
