Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Junior Business Analyst to join 3HORIZONS. As a JBA, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients by conducting research, analysing data, and providing valuable insights. You will also contribute to the development of the German market through the delivery of various marketing initiatives.


Our Junior Business Analyst role offers these key opportunities for development and advancement, frequently not available at other consulting firms:

  • Structuring and performing analysis, and conducting primary research, to uncover the insights that support our recommendations to clients.
  • Translating data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Presenting at team and client meetings and determining the most practical way to drive lasting results based on your insights working with senior executives: 3HORIZONS non-hierarchical structure results in frequent interaction between consultants and senior professionals both within 3HORIZONS and within the client’s organisation.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and regular check-ins, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our product.

In addition, as part of 3HORIZONS, you will have the opportunity to learn intensively and perform a wide range of entrepreneurial activities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external resources, including marketing and consulting teams, to create and execute marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns, social media content, and customer testimonials.
  • Organize and manage corporate events, such as webinars, workshops, and user conferences, to engage customers and prospects, and promote our brand in Germany.
  • Understand customers' needs, goals, and pain points, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure those needs are met though our programmes and products.
     

Qualifications

  • Science, Technology, Engineering or Management master’s degree
  • Fluency in German and English is required, as this role will involve direct contact with German-speaking customers.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for technology and SAAS products, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
  • Experience in organizing and managing events, such as webinars, workshops, and user conferences is considered a plus.

Additional Information

Work experience: 0.5 - 2 years

Type of contract: 1 year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position.
