3HORIZONS is the developer of SIA - Strategy in Action, the first Strategy Activation SAAS Platform that allows companies to develop and continuously update and adapt their Strategy while maximising engagement and sense of ownership of leadership teams, hence dramatically increasing successful execution. a) activate their strategy from formulation to execution applying the most relevant world-class management practices by following a step-by-step digital approach, which will produce a fully-featured Strategic Plan including budget and OKRs for the leadership team

c) have access to a marketplace where to acquire on-demand: relevant data and insights to make informed decisions thanks to a partnership with data providers and additional expertise to support teams in problem-solving and/or executing particular tasks thanks to a certified network of professionals

d) have a “central place” (strategy virtual room) where to give access to the Strategic Plan to the wider organisation to allow them to understand the direction, the progress as well as to contribute with new insights review the Strategic Plan as and when it is necessary, either by an external trigger and/or a change of ambition, making it a “living document”

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time teammate to build a referral, reseller and full-service partner network programme. We call this programme “Value Added Partner - VAP”. VAPs are existing consulting firms that want to adopt our SIA platform as part of their value Proposition. Your mission will be to develop our reseller network by using your track record of identifying business opportunities towards professional services firms (ie consulting firms) who are the main target to become VAPs. Components of the cycle will include strategic development, reseller identification, prospect approach channels, onboarding, training and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving outreach to contact potential consulting firms that could become VAPs
  • Building, maintaining, managing and developing long-term relationships with current and prospective VAPs
  • Communicating VAP needs across internal teams to ensure rapid solutions to technical and operational issues
  • Providing product, sales and technical support to VAP – communicating with various teams to arrange meetings and training
  • Management of partner generation pipeline data in CRM
  • Continual training to be fully versed on Clinked features, client use cases, internal development processes, and roadmap enhancements

 

    Qualifications

     

    • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and partner channel development/business development
    • Ability to build and hold long-term relationships with partners
    • Passion for all things technical and software
    • Excellent project management, problem-solving, time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
    • Excellent command of written and spoken English
    • A passion for people, technology and start-up life
    • Experience in the financial services industry (i.e. investment management, financial planning, wealth management, banking, private capital markets, etc.)
    • Ability to travel to client sites for strategic and quarterly business review meetings
