3HORIZONS is the developer of SIA - Strategy in Action, the first Strategy Activation SAAS Platform that allows companies to develop and continuously update and adapt their Strategy while maximising engagement and sense of ownership of leadership teams, hence dramatically increasing successful execution. The SIA proprietary digital platform allows organisations to:

a) activate their strategy from formulation to execution applying the most relevant world-class management practices by following a step-by-step digital approach, which will produce a fully-featured Strategic Plan including budget and OKRs for the leadership team

b) develop new capabilities, methods and ideas through online workshops and coaching sessions, facilitated by subject matter experts

c) have access to a marketplace where to acquire on-demand: relevant data and insights to make informed decisions thanks to a partnership with data providers and additional expertise to support teams in problem-solving and/or executing particular tasks thanks to a certified network of professionals

d) have a “central place” (strategy virtual room) where to give access to the Strategic Plan to the wider organisation to allow them to understand the direction, the progress as well as to contribute with new insights review the Strategic Plan as and when it is necessary, either by an external trigger and/or a change of ambition, making it a “living document”

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to step up and be part of a fast-paced forward-thinking company, which is revolutionising strategy activation through technology. We are looking for a Marketing Manager - SaaS Enterprise Software - who will be given the capacity and support to make a real impact.


  • Work closely with the CEO, Sales and Product teams to roadmap strategic growth

  • Drive B2B customer acquisition and retention

  • Create intimate and lasting relationships with audiences and customers

  • Lead the digital presence (SEO, PPC, Email and Social etc.)

  • Take on brand identity, awareness and recognition

  • Align campaigns, assets, communications and messaging to corporate branding initiatives

  • Collaborating with experts network to, research, write and publish content for blogs, whitepaper, web and more

  • Develop, in collaboration with internal teams and creatives, and deliver end-to-end campaigns (digital and social media)

  • Develop sales and product marketing collateral (go-to-market strategies)

  • Develop and integrate regional marketing strategies (events, digital, PR and more)

  • Work with sales and account management teams for customer evangelists to create PR, media and marketing opportunities

  • Analyse campaigns, consumer trends and the competitive landscape

  • Influence, educate and prompt senior colleagues on the benefits of marketing

  • Develop marketing collateral and sales tools like brochures, datasheets, presentations and proposals

  • Determine and coordinate online and onsite events like webinars, tradeshows, seminars and customer events

  • Report on periodic activities, results and ROI for marketing

  • Manage content of marketing sections of websites

  • Plan and implement software product launch

  • Implement marketing strategies to meet or exceed demand generation and revenue targets

  • Implement global content and collateral strategy for key partners

  • Establish and manage key partner marketing budgets

  • Influence and communicate with stakeholders to drive global program alignment and satisfaction


  • 4-6+ years B2B SaaS/Technology-based marketing experience

  • Strong understanding of technology marketing (SaaS, IT or Tech products)

  • Energy, enthusiasm, passion and commercial awareness

  • Demonstrable ability to create excitement, both internally and externally

  • Solid understanding of modern (digital) marketing techniques (PPC, SEO, HTML, CSS)

  • Acquisition and lead generation experience

  • Self-management and accountability with solid leadership skills

  • Experience using automation and analytics tools Salesforce, HubSpot, Social, Analytics

  • Experience within a fast-changing, start-up or similar environments (flexibility)

  • A positive forward-looking mindset.

  • International experience would be beneficial

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Extremely proactive ad biased towards taking action

  • Ability and willingness to take full ownership of a number of delivering against it

  • Flexible, entrepreneurial mindset with proven success in fast-paced environments and ability to juggle multiple client deadlines

  • Creative, independent problem solver

  • Capacity to work with all teams, including account management, marketing, product management and development

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Pipedrive

  • Strong academic credentials

  • Ability to travel to client sites for strategic and quarterly business review meetings

Type of contract: Permanent

Office Location: London or Remote, with a preference for candidates that can periodically come to London.
