In order to sustain the growth of the business, 3H Partners is looking to recruit an experienced Project Leader with at least 4 years of experience in management consulting.

The PL will work closely with Managers and Partners and has primary responsibility for understanding the client's strategic issues and delivering valuable solutions. 

The PL will: 

·       Lead a team of people (up to 3 people in one project) in order to structure and perform analysis, conduct primary research to uncover the insights that support recommendations to clients.

·       Present at team and client meetings, and determine the most practical way to drive lasting results based on your insights.

·       Organize and lead workshops with various audiences (from top management to the middle).

·       Operate in complex, high-speed contexts as a project manager also providing operational support.

·       Support Partners and Managers in scouting new business opportunities (cross-selling and up-selling).

In addition, as part of 3H Partners, the person will have the opportunity to learn intensively and perform a wide range of entrepreneurial activities:

• Participate actively in the development of the 3H Partners ecosystem and its ventures.
• Ensure a good relationship with clients, listen to their challenges and needs.
• Design and conceptualize MVP (Minimum Viable Products), which are early prototypes of Entrepreneurial Solutions
• Develop methodological skills to search for data and gather information.
• Structure analyses and distil messages on appropriate communication media.

Master degree with honors (Engineering background is a plus)

4 Years of consulting (strategic consulting is considered as a plus) with proven experience in client-facing activities and in managing a team of consultants.

Expertise in Agile Management techniques.

Communication skills: Fluent in English and Italian, other languages are considered a plus.

IT skills: Very good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

Additional Skills:

• Excellent in managing consulting projects, not only from the delivery perspective but also in terms of quality and client value assurance.

• Strong problem-solving skills, eager to deep-dive into contents with the teams and always ready for intellectual challenge. 

• Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to take initiatives, knowing and having practiced lean testing, MVPs, disciplined experimentation, etc...

• Willing to grow the business through the development of both commercial leads and intellectual capital

• Strong interpersonal skills to independently manage clients and teams.
