The Strategy & Innovation Advisor is a consultant with 2-5 year experience working closely with Project Leaders and Partners. His/her primary responsibility is to analyse the client's strategic issues and deliver actionable insights to senior executives. He/she will benefit from wide-ranging opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, like managing junior team members and develop new business opportunities for 3H Partners and our clients. He/she should expect to travel extensively to work in team with clients and experience different strategic business challenges and industries through his career.
The Strategy & Innovation Advisor will:
Structure and perform analysis, as well as conduct primary research, to uncover the insights that support our recommendations to clients
Translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations
Present at team and client meetings, and determine the most practical way to drive lasting results based on your insights
Build testing protocols and perform experiments on new business initiatives, from products to business models, from tools to methodologies
Take part to workshops and training sessions with the objective of building value adding competencies to our clients’ team
Work with senior executives: 3H Partners’ non-hierarchical structure results in frequent interaction between our team members and senior professionals both within 3H Partners and within the client’s organization.
Education: Master Degree in Management, Engineering or Economics (PhD is strongly appreciated)
Work Experience: 2+ Years in Consulting, Banking or project-driven work with international exposure
Languages: Proficiency in English and Italian, any other European language is considered a plus
Software: Extensive expertise of MS-Office package (in particular Excel and PowerPoint). Coding, database management and statistical data analysis software are well appreciated. Video and photo editing are considered a plus.
Skills: a Proven track record of analytical and communication skills in previous experiences, as well as attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are all essential to this position.
