The Selenium/Java Script Web Developer will be responsible for updating and maintaining a full suite of automated test scripts related to web sites owned and operated by our client, as well as mobile applications. Suitable candidates should be experienced in writing scripts for testing backend services.

Candidate will be required to demonstrate expertise programmatically writing automated test scripts using Selenium. He/She will be responsible for setting up end-to-end up automation testing, including scheduling, reporting, and automated distribution of reports detailing the test results. The Candidate will also be required to work extensively with data analysis and validation requiring and should be have expert ability crafting database queries in various database languages. Suitable candidate will be required to demonstrate excellent trouble shooting and analytical scripting. Candidate will also be required to execute manual test cases on desktop and mobile applications with a strong focus on video related components and services

They will be part of an agile team and will participate in all aspects of planning, reviewing requirements, and writing, updating, and maintaining test plans, test cases, and regression testing documents, as required. They will be responsible for logging and tracking defects, and will work closely with developers, project managers, and product managers to ensure quality testing is taking place in a timely manner.

As an Automation Engineer, they will be required to be proficient in automated, manual, functional, mobile and web based testing best practices and techniques, and should also have familiarity with testing web services and database applications.
