THIS IS PART TIME FOR ONE YEAR. SCHEDULE WILL BE NEGOITATED IF SELECTED ONSITE

Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. 

Oversees all aspects of projects. 

Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. 

Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. 

May require a bachelor's degree and 7 or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. 

Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. 

Performs a variety of tasks. 

May lead and direct the work of Contractor staff. 

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

The contractor will manage scope, schedule, budget and resources for the completion various Highway IT related projects. This opportunity may also require analytical skills such as updating functional specifications and test cases. This position will meet with Highway stakeholders and provide multiple levels of communications to keep all levels of Management informed of progress of the project. This position sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project(s). This position may lead and direct the work of Contractor staff.
