Training Developer

Location: - Tallahassee, FL

Duration: - 12+ months 32399

Must Have:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Technical Trainer skilled in training development and curriculum planning

• Experience developing eLearning modules using development software/technologies such as:

o Adobe Presenter

o Articulate

o Storyline

o Adobe Captivate, etc

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and theories and instructional design models

• Working knowledge of at least one LMS

• Experience developing storyboards

• Experience with visual design software such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc

• Experience writing effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts

Nice To Have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or certification in instructional design, educational

• technology or similar subject area

• Experience with SharePoint LMS
