We are looking to fill a position for Desktop Support in Orlando  FL.

The Infrastructure Services Team requires a technical resource to provide dedicated Tier 2 support for our Laptop Refresh project.

·            The ideal candidate should have experience with Windows 10 laptop provisioning workflows, Windows application setup and configuration, setup and troubleshooting of computer peripherals, and provides excellent customer service.
