Minimum Qualifications:

• 7 to 10 years of IT and business work experience including managing teams in systems analysis and/or programming

• Experience in working in System/Software Development Life cycle methodologies

• Senior level skills and experience with Microsoft's .NET Framework

• Senior level skills and experience with C# software development

• Senior level skills and experience with Microsoft's Team Foundation Server (TFS)

• Senior level skills and experience with object-oriented design and development

• Senior level skills and experience with Microsoft's Visual Studio 2013 or later

• Senior level skills and experience with database design principals and best practices using Microsoft's SQL Server 2012 or later

• Senior level skills and experience with developing SQL reports in Microsoft's Reporting Services

• Experience with performing daily operational support on a larger, functionally rich Web applications

Desired Qualifications:

• Work with K-12 applications preferred

• Experience with building systems for Medicaid billing preferred
