Working Title : Performance Tester (HCM)
Work Hours: Monday - Friday
Location:  Oakland, CA with potential travel to additional locations

Duration: Long Term

Duties of this position include the following:
· Good Hands on experience in performance testing tool HP LoadRunner scripting – MUST HAVE
· Good Hands on experience in HP LoadRunner components
· Experience with large ERP system implementations
· Document, track, and escalate system performance issues
· Identify bottlenecks and provide recommendations based on performance test result analysis 
Requirements:
·         Past Project Experience
o   Minimum 4 years of Performance Testing experience, preferably in PeopleSoft HCM Applications testing
o   Excellent knowledge of HP testing tool, specifically HP LoadRunner.
o   Experience defining the scope for performance tests, and with managing and executing performance testing
