·         Receives and reviews requests.

·         Processes applications and requests in a timely and accurately fashion

·         continually liaise with students /agents on the phone and through email

·         Reviews records and reports for accuracy and corrects any issues

·         Prepares reports and distributes them electronically

·         Maintains confidentiality of all records

·         May perform any other functions associated with enrollment of students in CQU

·         Supports filing of documents & other records
