Urgently Required Front Office & Admin Executive for one well reputed IT Company into Healthcare Domain for Delhi location.
Position : Front Office & Admin Executive
Experience : 2-8 Yrs

Location : Pitampura, Delhi
Qualification:
Any IT/CS Graduate.
Job Profile:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.Responsible for handling the reception work.
2.Responsible for the documentation.
3.Handling couriers (incoming outgoing) and tracking status.
4.Maintenance and AMC of all the equipments related to the reception area/Office.
5.Handling printing and stationery work.
6.Responsible for correspondence with our customer.
7.Travel ticket booking both domestic & international & travel insurance.
8.Visa processing
9.Maintaining registers i.e. asset, IT, courier, inward outward register and stock.
10. Hotel booking for office staff and guests.
11. Follow-up with vendors.
12. Arrange assets for new join employees i.e. laptop and mob number
13.Handling EPABX System, Responding to incoming and outgoing calls
14. Assisting HR related day to day Work & Maintaining stationary and attendance registers.
15. Assisting MD in follow ups, meetings & reminders
