Job Description

Verify information provided on lead requests forms that come in, responding to them within 5 minutes. Provide customers with product and service information. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.  Complete call logs and reports to record job performance.  Achieve performance goals outlined by supervisor.  Contribute to the team environment. 

Qualifications

Minimum typing speed of 50WPM

Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.  Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service lead processing software application.  Preferably one to three years of office experience. 

Proficient in Microsoft Office
