The hours of work and shift patterns are:

Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm      

The rates of pay are: £16.98

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate KPI reports, production records and yield information, ensuring reports are completed and submitted on time.
• Complete daily and weekly stock checks across all required areas, maintaining accurate records and escalating any discrepancies where appropriate.
• Manage time and attendance administration for hourly paid colleagues, including timecards, holidays and extended leave, using Kronos and relevant manual processes.
• Act as a key point of contact for Kronos activities within Production, working closely with HR to ensure colleague records and associated processes are accurate and up to date.
• Provide administrative and planning support across Production, including covering production planning, customer communications and export/dispatch activities when required.
• Support recruitment activity for Amber, including arranging and conducting interviews and ensuring all required recruitment documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain and promote high standards of food safety, health and safety, hygiene, product quality and safe working practices, taking appropriate action where unsafe practices are identified.
• Provide flexible support across the operation and contribute to continuous improvement activities to help ensure the efficient running of the site.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records, reports and data.
• Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Confident using computers and Microsoft Excel; previous experience using Kronos or a similar time and attendance system would be beneficial.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, supervisors, managers and other departments.
• Comfortable taking responsibility and working independently when required, while knowing when to escalate issues.
• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, food manufacturing or similar fast-paced environment would be advantageous.
• Level 2 Food Safety and Level 2 Health & Safety qualifications are desirable, or a willingness to complete the required training.
