We are seeking a Construction Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the construction project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, proposals, estimates, documentation turnover, client relations/management, field staff and other duties. Preferably with wastewater treatment plant projects experience.

Job Description

· Review contracts, creating new files using our construction software, and monitor all stages of the jobs and updates files.

· Adhere to company’s safety programs, trainings, and policies, as well as promote and manage the Safety & Health performance of project team members and subcontractors.

· Responsible for the oversight of day-to-day construction activities and the successful execution of a single or multiple projects simultaneously.

· Develop new and manage existing client relationships while interfacing with the client for proposal and project related items.

· Maintains compliance with the contract terms for quality, schedule, estimating and profitability.

· Manage multiple projects and work crews on various worksites and their weekly routine

· Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and adherence to construction schedules.

· Thorough knowledge of contract documents required to properly plan construction sequencing, staffing, and subcontractor coordination.

· As needed, coordinates with associated trades for efficient workflow

· Equipment coordination

· Provide training to construction coordinators, craft supervision, and assistant construction project managers if needed.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

· Well-rounded diverse candidates with a variety of wastewater treatment plant projects experience preferred.

· Must be computer literate in Microsoft, Scheduling, email, etc.

· Excellent communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening

· Knowledge of job site safety requirements and understanding of construction equipment, including safe operating practices and signs of maintenance issues

· Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking

· A good work ethic and strict adherence to safe work practices

· Valid driver’s license.

· Clean driving record.
